Some time ago, he mentioned Norway as a source of migrants rather than those 'shithole countries'. I think he mentioned Norway again because he is talking about great education for white people by white people. If he was serious about educational standards, especially literacy, he would know about Finland. I think this is another facet of his racist code language.
