When I said that Dutton is a rigid thinker, I wasn't thinking of autism. Perhaps I should have written it differently because what I meant was that his ego propels him to stew and hold grudges when someone has an opposing point of view, eg his stance on refugees. In that I see him as a rigid thinker because he never moves from the position of 'I'm right about this'. The High Court decision must be a humiliation for him because it proved him wrong and that's not something he can countenance.

Do people comment that Dutton is autistic? His 'robotic voice' could have developed during his time in the police force - you know - having to sound objective and assertive. What he says is more important than how he sounds.
